Praia Joaquina
A week after arriving, the relentless storms finally ceased and Floripa was transformed from a sleepy gray and mellow island to a vibrant, social, happy place. Everyone came out of hibernation mode and flocked to the beach to soak up the much missed sun. Sunshine aside, the swell was also pumping; it was the perfect day to be at Praia Joaquina.
